At Goenka Jewellers, we prioritize your satisfaction. In case you receive a wrong, damaged product, or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth return process.

Return / Buy Back Policy

Buy-Back: 100% on gold and 80% on diamonds, valued at market rates on the date of return.  Terms and Conditons apply. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, you cannot return the item after it is dispatched. 

Exchange Policy -

You can request an exchange by emailing us within 2 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed once the returned item passes the quality check. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. For COD orders, refunds will be processed as store credits. Please allow up to 30 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Rejected Returns

If the returned item fails the quality check, it will be sent back, and no refund will be issued.

Delivery Partner Issues

If the delivery partner refuses to pick up the return, you will need to ship the package yourself.
