• Returns and exchanges: customised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can arrange a return.
• Refunds: approved refunds go to your original payment method once the piece passes our quality check (store credit for cash-on-delivery orders) and can take up to 30 working days to reflect.
