The band splits into three rows across the top of the finger. On one side, each row is lined with pave round brilliants. In the middle, two marquise diamonds lie side by side in claw settings, flanked above and below by small prong-set rounds. On the other side, six fan-shaped settings filled with tapered baguettes open outwards, connected by short gold bars like the ribs of a fan. Moving across the ring, the eye travels from soft round sparkle to the sharp points of the marquise and the clean flash of the baguettes, which makes it a lively piece to wear.
