Look closely at the heart and you will find a second shape inside it: an open teardrop, also lined with tiny baguettes, so the motif reads as a heart holding a drop of light. Above it, a small flower of round diamonds sits on one side while four slim sprigs, each tipped with round stones, fan out along the top edge like a little crown. Channel-set baguettes continue down both shoulders before the band turns to plain polished gold.
